Nazareth, PA: On this “Circa 1788” natural stone home, I restored the front, left side, and back by repointing all the mortar joints. I first removed all the existing deteriorated mortar on all three sides. Next, I cleaned out the mortar joints and installed new historically compatible mortar into all the natural stone mortar joints. With a finished look that resembles the year it was built, this natural stone home is restored to its original character, durability, and appearance.
Treichlers, PA: On this all-natural stone home, I first removed all the stucco on the front, near the 2nd story windows. Next, due to all the mortar deteriorating, damaged, or missing, I removed all the deteriorated mortar on the front of the home in sections. Then, I installed compatible mortar similar to/matching the same mortar used in 1812 and created a "standard" mortar joint appearance/technique while improving this natural stone home's strength, durability, appearance, and longevity and bringing it back to life!

Treichlers, PA: This home provides an authentic stucco and natural stone appearance. What is behind the stucco is natural stone. The mortar joints of the natural stone are missing and loose in some areas. I removed the loose mortar and installed compatible mortar that matches the original mortar into the mortar joint voids. The nearby mortar joints have a "weathered ridge" mortar joint style. I offered a similar/matching appearance to the newly repointed mortar joints.

I removed the existing damaged mortar and installed stone where voids were visible. Installed new compatible mortar and finished the mortar joints to a "standard" mortar joint style.
